    An exciting opportunity exists to lead the Finance & Administrative function in our South Asia Business unit within Asia Pacific.


    The F&A Manager will play a critical role in the development and implementation of strategic/growth objectives and the financial planning process primarily for South Asia Sales Operations. In addition, the F&A Manager is expected to support the growth & development of other critical business units both within the same legal entity as well as across Asia Pacific.


    As a member of the management team, the F&A Manager will be a strong business partner & responsible for managing all financial aspects including accounting, financial planning & analysis, logistics, order administration, whilst promoting a strong internal control environment throughout the organization.


    • Monitor and provide regular reporting on the financial performance of the company, and pro-actively advise on methods to improve profitability.
    • Develop and implement financial and operational policies and procedures to support a strong internal control environment.
    • Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
    • Manage cash flow and forecasting.
    • Assist in both internal and external auditing.
    • Oversee order administration, logistics & purchasing.
    • Lead, coach & develop F&A team including employee training, supervision and performance management.
    • Comply with country laws and regulations; local tax requirements
    • Support the Asia HQ & other management units in daily financial & accounting operations as well as month end closing activities




    • University degree or above, major in Finance and Accounting, along with a CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5-8 years experience in an international company, reporting a wide spectrum in accounting, legal and tax structure
    • Knowledge of South Asia Market considered a plus.
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in managerial position.
    • Comprehensive accounting skills & knowledge to perform the financial management’s requirements.
    • Good understanding of US GAAP, and experience in SOX auditing.
    • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication skills – ability to operate at all levels within the organization
    • Willing to challenge status quo and drive change.
    • Experience of Shared Services / Centre of Excellence implementation considered a plus.
    • Highly motivated with the ability to “think out of the box”
    • Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
    • Strong IT skills (Excel, Analytics), ERP system and proficiency in Data analytics deemed an advantage.
