    Waters China is keen to look for a motivated individual to manage our service order and field service report process for the whole China.  The appointee will work closely with Sales, Service team, and overseas plant etc. to deliver professional services on whole service function.

     

    책임

    • Be responsible for daily operation of Purchase Order,
    1. Daily operation for placing PO to Distribution Center
    2. Communication with DC to ensure goods timely delivery and follow up any outstanding issues
    • Be responsible for daily operation of import,
    1. Communication with DC, Headquarter and internal departments to get material information to classify parts customs commodity code properly;
    2. Prepare for the required documents for customs clearance and commodity inspection; and communicate with external agency to ensure import process smooth and on-time delivery;
    3. Maintain master data and ensure all related import documents are filed properly
    4. Coordination for customs commodity Inspection
    5. Formulate and update SOP, provide team training on import affairs
    • Be responsible for daily operation of service spare parts order,
    1. Maintain logistics related activities in ERP system (SAP) for service spare parts delivery
    2. Communication with related internal, external departments to achieve service parts on time delivery performance
    3. Review China Service parts storage and distribution model to optimize the procedure
    • Be responsible for demo Inventory Management
    1. Maintain logistics related activities in ERP system (SAP) for demo inventory
    2. Domestic transportation arrangement for demo equipment.
    3. Good filing document of demo seeding agreements and follow up
    • Ad hoc assignment

    자격요건

     

    • University Degree in International Trade or Logistics, or a related field of study
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Import or Inventory Management
    • Excellent Skills to communicate with people
    • Excellent skills in both written and verbal English
    • Attention to details and quality control skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop programs (MS Office) and related IT software.
    • Working knowledge in SAP is a plus
