Waters China is keen to look for a motivated individual to manage our contract conclusion process for the China region. The appointee will work closely with Sales team, Legal, Compliance, Finance, import & export company etc.
Perform drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution of contractual documents including:Sales / Purchasing Agreement, review of customer proposed terms and conditions.
Provide Risk Management and contract solution recommendations to business leaders, and work with Legal, Compliance.
Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Coordinate between legal, compliance, sales, finance, operations and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
Continuous improvement of contract management process
Owner of contract process – validation content/ timing/approvals
Manage approval circle completion
Draft, negotiate , revise and conclude the terms of the contract
Validate all contract terms for full compliance
Monitor and follow up on outstanding contract and order forecast
Support and coordinate resolution of an issues/problems with challenging orders (reterms/compliance)
Advanced university degree preferably in 6+ years business experience
Excellent presentation, team-work and leadership skills
Ability to perform in complex cross-functional business environment
Good understanding of business environment and technology
High degree of independent and creative judgment
Experience establishing and implementing requirements for contract management tools and processes
Excellent skills in both written and verbal English
