개요

Individual will be responsible for installation, customer training, preventive maintenance, corrective repair of Waters' entire range of LC Products and must demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

책임

  • Travel to customer's site to carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repair , implementations and customer training.
  • Feed back any customers request via our business systems
  • To ensure that quality system procedures and Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Work in a well-organized fashion in terms of planning, material handling and all administrative actions to adequately document any intervention; log activities through existing systems (FSR, CIT).

자격요건

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanics or chemical background or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge of LC
  • Ready to work in a motivated and flexible team in close cooperation .
  • Be prepared to travel within China.
  • Fluent in reading English document . Fluent in written and spoken is a plus.
  • HARDWARE: Have hardware knowledge related to Electronics, Fluidics, Mechanics etc. Experience Alliance and Acquity UPLC instrumentation is a plus.
  • SOFTWARE: Sound knowledge of current Microsoft Operating Systems, MS-Office and Lotus Notes. Having knowledge of Waters Software like Empower is a plus
