The Technical support team is primarily responsible for online customer support .

As an integral part of this team, the role of online support engineer is to handle customer request ,provide strong technical support to customer by remote tools. Waters is actively seeking a motivated individual as our online support engineer, who would work closely with customer and help to increase the customer satisfaction.


Responsible to :

  • Handle customer requests by phone and other internal systems,troubleshoot within remote tools
  • Pass customer requests to relevant positions when unable to resolve online
  • Record each request details into internal system
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform customer training or on-site service support (less than 20%)



Customer service experience and Waters Mass spectrometry using experience will be a plus

  • Bachelor Degree or above in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical Analysis, electronic engineering or other relevant majors
  • 2-4 years working experience of analytical instruments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good computer skills in office software and fluent English in both spoken and written
  • Passionate in learning high-tech science
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment

Ability to work under pressure
