Your responsiblities are to setup and optimize business strategy for customer education to support business growth, which including:

  • Working with training manager, evaluate current training status, and propose a practical strategy to allocate right resources, reduce training backlog, and achieve high-level training data management
  • Working with training manager, optimize training materials, course setup and setup a quality control system for training
  • Explore new business model to improve training efficiency and meet different needs from customers
  • Design and Build up a strong, professional trainer team
  • Improve Lab management and ensure labs to meet EHS and other regulation


  • At least 8 year experience on customer education or training
  • At least 5 years experience for Team management
  • Good Management skill
  • Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
  • Good at strategic thinking and strong execution capability
  • Bachelor or above
